We also store GPS coordinates temporarily when you use location-based features such as proximity alerts and geofence zones.
Your information is used solely to provide the 1connect.me service — enabling encrypted communication, proximity detection, and geofence alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All messages sent through 1connect.me are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and your connection partner can read message content. We do not have access to the contents of your messages.
Location data (latitude, longitude, GPS accuracy) is used only for proximity alerts and geofence detection features that you explicitly enable. Location data is stored on our servers to support these features and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Messages set to auto-delete are removed after delivery. You may delete your geofence zones and event logs at any time. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request full deletion by contacting us.
We use browser local storage to save your app preferences (such as proximity alert settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data collected during checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel listed on our website.
