By creating an account and using 1connect.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use 1connect.me. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Connect Key. This key cannot be recovered if lost. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your Connect Key with anyone.
You agree not to use 1connect.me to transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the service to spam, phish, or conduct any illegal activity.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of sign-up. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Geofence zones and location-based features are optional. By enabling these features, you consent to the collection and processing of your GPS coordinates as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any webhooks you configure and the data they transmit.
1connect.me provides end-to-end encrypted messaging. We cannot access the content of your messages. You are responsible for the content you send through the service.
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising 1connect.me are the property of 1connect.me and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1connect.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
